Dr. De Meulder is a professor in Urbanism (urban design and planning) at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) and at the Technical University Eindhoven, Netherlands. He has published many books, like “Vacant City”, “The Brussels Mont des Arts Reconsidered” (Rotterdam 2000), “Nakuru. An African Town” (Leuven 1998), Kuvuande Mbote.
